Historic Preservation

Our proposed site for an innovative adaptive reuse project is the abandoned Spanish Revival building in Lake Elsinore, CA known as the Elsinore Naval and Military School. It played a key factor in the history of the community and believe it should be inhabited once again providing benefits and services to Lake Elsinore. Through the careful process of researching this historically significant site utilizing site analysis, interviews, photo analysis, and general research we have developed a four-phase adaptive use for the Elsinore Naval and Military School (ENMS) that would restore the neglected property to its former glory as it appeared in 1935. Our adaptive use concept would provide the establishment of a needed state-of-the-art co-working business and events center for the city of Lake Elsinore.
